AC-3 Masonry Cleaner
Ac-3 Masonry Cleaner is a fast acting, easy to use acid-base cleaner for pre-cast concrete, concrete, masonry, grout, tile and natural stone surfaces. AC-3 Cleaner will remove cement grout haze and mortar residue, joint cement, lime & hard water deposits, efflorescence, rust and other dirt and grime.
More than just an acid based cleaner:
Ac-3 Cleaner is one of the safest and most effective all purpose acid cleaners on the market. Formulated with a comparatively safe acid, strong detergent and carefully selected solvents AC-3 Cleaner provides fast, 3-way cleaning action. It penetrates deeply – dissolving and dislodging dirt, oil, grease from many substrates. Stains are bound and trapped into a foam which rises to the surface where it is rinsed or power washed away. Ac-3 Cleaner has a pleasant, clean odor and does not emit harmful or corrosive fumes.

Coverage Rates:
AC-3 Cleaner can be diluted up to 3 parts water to 1 part AC-3 as needed to clean or etch. Coverage rate is approximately 150-200 square feet per gallon of mix.
